Not only will your kids become stronger physically and learn the fundamentals of self-defense, they will also improve their focus and learn values and skills such as respect, leadership, discipline, resiliency, active listening and social skills.

    Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing


    Our Kids Martial Arts Program specifically teaches students the art of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing or Thai Kickboxing is one of the oldest and most established Martial Arts, originating from over 2500 year ago. Muay Thai Kickboxing is a unique striking martial art which emphasizes punching, kicking, elbowing, and kneeing. Often called the Art of 8 Limbs, Muay Thai Kickboxing has built a reputation for being one of the most well rounded and effective martial arts. Muay Thai Kickboxing is the perfect martial art for kids to develop a strong base in striking while also simultaneously developing their fitness, balance, coordination, self-confidence and focus.
