1MR One More Round Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing is excited to announce that we will be adding a new class to our action packed class schedule, Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and Saturday Sunday afternoons at 12:30pm. Our new Box and Burn class is an action packed 45 minute class incorporating Boxing and Weight lifting into one amazing workout!
The Box and Burn class will be a 45 minute high intensity class. This class will begin with a 5 minute mobility warmup followed by splitting the class into two groups, Box (boxing on the bags) and Burn (strength & conditioning circuit training). Each group will perform their workout for 18 minutes before moving to the next section (boxing will move to weights and weights will move to boxing). Each section will have a dedicated instructor to coach students throughout their boxing and circuit training.
Boxing Class (Box):
The Boxing portion of the class will consist of combinations followed by timed intervals on the bags to ensure that students are getting an effective and high intensity aerobic workout. Box your stress away, while burning calories, basking in your sweat and getting the workout of your life!
Circuit/ Weight Training Class (Burn):
The Fitness & Circuit training portion of the class will consist of alternating between different fitness stations with minimal rest in between. Each station will be a medium to high intensity exercise using dumbbells and/or body weight. Get ready to feel the burn as these exercises will hit the full body, head to toe.
The Final Result:
The end result of this class is a high intensity full body HIIT workout challenging both your strength and cardio. We guarantee that this class will help shape, tone, burn the body and help students get into the best shape of their life!
